A particular focus of my clinical practice is the treatment of patients with advanced cancer facing exceptionally challenging clinical circumstances — heavily pretreated patients who have exhausted standard therapeutic options, patients with rapidly progressive disease and impending visceral crisis or organ failure, and those whose impaired organ function significantly restricts the use of conventional anticancer therapies.

Another important area of my practice is the care of frail older patients for whom standard treatment regimens may be unsuitable because of reduced physiological reserves, comorbidities, or an increased risk of treatment-related toxicity.
